I’m a user of yalla ludo. I’m playing this game from march, when lockdown started at our place. I was enjoying the game and making friends. Now they started majilis, a group setup where everyone can make friends and keep their relationship. While we enjoyed playing in majlies some of the people came and insulted our lady members. And they create a group with dirty words about one of our member. And me and some of our friends reported that group. And you people didn’t take any action on it. It’s really bad. Then why you set an option for reporting? This is really bad. And you make us uninstall the app.

The game is awesome and has many people opting for this app.. but the app is not upto the expectations for some players like whenever we need the exact number while rolling it to cut the opponents coin , it will never appear until then the opponent wins and then that numbers appears which is not required . Some times even when we have reached our home with all 4 coins , even then rolling dice will not make us win on the exact time , but makes the other person win the game . Very unfair game most of the time though it’s fun.. please work on few things to avoid cheating in the game .. so that every player can play a fair game . Thank you ..

You replied that we can see the request in chat ... but here if I’m sending requests no one is getting from my friends side or even if they sent too I’m not receiving at any end even in chats or were ever ... and I lost my account too ... how to contact and retrieve and how can I give and accept friend request back ... it’s been nearly 3 weeks I couldn’t play with my friends kindly pls help ... AS UR REPLY I TRIED EVERYTHING STILL I COULDNT DO ANYTHING- I COULDNT GIVE REQUESTS OR NOT ACCEPTS COMING FROM THEIR SIDE ... PLS FIX

The app was all good for me until today ... Yesterday as part of Islamic new year smash the egg challenge I got around 6855 diamonds. But today when I opened the app and was trying to play a game it was showing that my account was frozen. I wasn’t able to play the game and also all my diamonds which I got as part of the smash the egg challenge was taken back and now I have only around 1302 diamonds which was the diamonds I had before the challenge. I am seriously disappointed by this. I hope this issue will be solved as soon as possible.
