    Ich habe über mehrere Jahre hinweg WorldRemit genutzt und in den allermeisten Fällen schnell und unkompliziert. Dafür hatte ich die hohen Kosten in Kauf genommen. Nun kam es dazu, dass ein einmal erteilter Auftrag doppelt ausgeführt wurde, obwohl ich ihn nachweislich nur einmal eingegeben hatte. Details nicht hier, um Betrügern keine Anhaltspunkte zu geben. Die Reaktion von WorldRemit war unterirdisch. Es wurde nicht ernst genommen, der Fehler könne nur an mir liegen, kein Feedback, dass man an dem detailliert dokumentierten Fehler arbeite. Im Thema Finanzen muss ich absolute Zuverlässigkeit erwarten. Es reicht nicht, wenn es nur meistens funktioniert. Deshalb erprobe ich gerade Alternativen, auf die ich umschwenken werde. Einem Kunden dann nicht das Gefühl geben zu wollen, dass man den Fehler ernst nimmt und ihm nach geht, disqualifiziert völlig. Deshalb die sehr schlechte Bewertung.

    Ich benutze worldremit seit längerer Zeit. Immer sehr schnell und vor allem fair. Dauert Max 3-4 Tage und die geben die Informationen unterwegs. Top Firma kann ich nur empfehlen.
