    I’ve been using the Wish app for 3yrs and can honestly say I’ve not had a problem. Yes, you have to be careful with the clothing but, if you read the reviews on that item you’ll know whether it’s worth the risk ordering and what the sizing is like. I ordered a bikini a couple of years ago and it wasn’t to my taste so I contacted customer service and was told to keep the item and got a full refund. Some items have only taken a few days to get here but some have taken a while, but they usually have turned up within 3-4wks. If item hasn’t arrived (which has only happened a couple of times) I’ve always received a full refund. I’ve bought shoes, tops, lots of gel nail polishes, jade bracelets, silver bracelets (actually was silver) kids toys, bits for the car, assorts. I could go on. I always read the reviews and ask myself can I afford to lose the money if the item isn’t any good or worth it. It is a risk but I haven’t had any major issues yet.

    Wish have a lot of good items that suits many tastes and their pockets. I just wish that the shipping of the goods were more realistic as to where goods coming from the same company can’t be packed up in one larger package then shipped to make shipping of the goods cheaper. As my main gripe is that the shipping of the goods can be almost as much as the articles themselves that you are purchasing and that Indeed in some cases more. Which leads me to think a bit cynical that while they market the goods as being cheap for the money. It must make you wonder if some of the shipping costs are creamed off towards the actual real cost of the products being sent.? Yes we all know the price when it comes to paying and we have that choice in wether or not you feel that it’s a good deal or not, as many a time I’ve gone back over what I have bought and dismissed articles where I thought the shipping was rather on the high side that made me readdress my purchases as to bring it into the realms of so...

    I’ve seen a few people on here complaining about the fact when you see a product you like and see the price it’s never the total amount, you only see the total once you click on buy which is misleading, now I downloaded this app about 4 years ago and used it a fair few times, most things I bought broke after a week or two so be careful what you buy as it’s cheep for a reason, but I complained about the price guide thing then (4years ago) as well did a lot of other people and it was said it would be updated to show the actual price on items but here we are years down the line and probably tunns of updates and nothing has changed, the delivery prices are very high and fake to push the prices up and the prices change to higher but they give you money off coupons to make it lower but really your paying the usual price anyway, I did loads of reasearch on the delivery prices on here and not one was the actual price of delivery it was always 10 times sometimes more then that higher then it sh...

    since I join the wish last year until now that’s the only thing which always holding me from buying the items and keep it in the basket for too long then deletes them after finding them elsewhere! when I purchase anything and the quantity is 2 or 3+ why do you guys charge me for the delivery for every single item rather than only once! Because For example buying underwear cost £5 and delivery charge £4 the total is £9 but if I get 2 of them then I’ll be charged £18 when it should be only £14 ( £10 for the 2 items + £4 for delivery) because whenever will arrive it will come both of the underwear in one package, not two separate! So that’s mean you do charge an extra £4 which will count a lot, especially whenever I need to buy something I like for at least 10+ times so any official answer or solution for this guys, also delivery takes at least 30-40 days and if there’s an issue with the item then have to solve it within maximum 30 days and wait again for the right item in total I’ve to w...

    Absolute rubbish 1 star more than I would give it if I could give non, I ordered two yoga mats in summer which took three months to arrive and when they did they where cheap camping mats which to be fair they did sort out for me but then recently I ordered two items which were dispatched together as “combined” shipping, but the package only contained one item so I emailed customer service to explain and I received a reply saying or tracking says the item arrived please look around your premises to find the item or contact the delivery company! Yes because I may have opened the package too hard and flirted the second item out of the window, so I emailed back saying that of course the tracking says the package arrived because it did, but it only contained one item and my reply said we can’t refund the item because it’s marked as delivered. I never asked for a refund I only wanted the item I ordered and they can’t get it through their brainless moron heads that a package that contains one...
