    インターバル走のプログラムが初心者でも続けやすい。走っている時に聴ける音楽プログラムもたくさんあるしセンスがいい。コスパも他の似たようなアプリの中では良いと思います。もう慣れましたが指示が英語しかないので日本語対応してくれるともっと使いやすいかな。

    ダイエットプログラムを始めてまだ4日目ですがお尻の上の贅肉がなくなって来たのがわかります。少しずつプログラムの内容が難しくなっていくのもいいですね。 ちょっと残念なのがトレーナーの声が英語で何を言っているのかよくわからないところと、今やっている行程の次が何なのかよくわからないところです。ランの後にウォークかな?と思っていたらスプリントで、えっ?えっ?ってなりながら走ってスムーズに走れませんでした。あともうちょっと金額がおトクだといいなーと思います。

    インターバルなどをサジェストしてくれるアプリが他になく重宝しているのですが、今回アップデートで、applewatchとiphoneの動作が独立してしまい困り果てています。 iphoneで始めたトレーニングの状況、つまりいまジョグなのかウォークなのか、何分経過しているのかを、これまで通りapplewatchにて確認できるように仕様を戻してくださいおねがいします!

    ダウンロードして1週間、毎日のランニング、水分補給、栄養補給など楽しくに使わせて頂いています。 食事のレシピが日々違うので飽きず、参考にしたいのですが、和訳が余りにも不正確で、材料と手順を見比べても全然違うものが書いてあったり、明らかにおかしな数量書いてあったり。何が正解か想像して料理していますが、せっかくのダイエットメニューが合ってるのかどうかわからないのは、問題だと思います。無料なら仕方ないですが、お金を払っているので。和訳が改善できないなら、せめてオリジナルの英語レシピも見られるように改善して頂けますとありがたいです。これからも使用し続けたいのでどうか早い改善をお願いします。
