UNDOK™ is the companion app for your compatible SmartRadio or connected speaker. Use UNDOK to connect your product to your wireless network, set it up and add more products to your home in the future.

UNDOK™ allows you to control key functionality of your device including turning on/off, selecting the audio source, selecting the audio content, playing/pausing, setting the volume and accessing pre-sets.

Supported audio sources include Line Input, DAB, Internet Radio, Podcasts, FM Radio, Bluetooth, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, Qobuz, Napster. The sources displayed in UNDOK will depend on the functionality enabled in your audio device.

UNDOK™ is also compatible with Spotify Connect so you can play your music directly from your Spotify app into your device. See www.spotify.com/connect for more details.

    Dreadful. I have a Ruark and it constantly drops off the list. Unless I give it a static I.P. it's a pain in the arse. Yes, Ruark firmware up to date as is mobile phone and it's the same experience on other phones. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. I'm afraid that's not the case. I add via I.P. occasionally as it drops off, then can't discover it. There's no obvious reason why it does this. No, my network doesn't get changed frequently or as often as the app drops the device.

    Better than using my Roberts radio itself for some functions (searching for radio stations), but not by a long way. Could and should be a lot better
