    Constantly having problems with touchnote. The app doesn't sync.correctly. My emails have not been answered. Duplicate orders appear to have been sent when app has discarded the postcard creation. Now money is being removed from my account though the app does not show a purchase. So frustrating. Never again !

    Was a good app but this version isn't great on my Wife's phone. Designed the card and attempted to use PayPal but after verification through the PayPal app it just got stuck in a loop where the only way to progress is to click the PayPal button at the bottom of the screen. PayPal then gives a 'Continue to review order' button and that just takes you back to the same Touchnote screen. No apparent way to complete the order. Have tried updating but no change. Considering uninstalling now ?

    Great service. App is good but can be a bit temperamental. Sometimes to get it to work properly i have to uninstall it, restart the phone, reinstall the app, then sign back in.
