    Have not used many programs but this great food recipes are actually good and workouts are tough. My only complaint, and I've submitted a ticket, but I haven't heard back from anybody yet. Is the videos sometimes don't load, they take forever in the loading screen. And the other thing is. I asked if you could play music during the workouts because if I play Apple Music. the music will Turn off because I'm running the program. Would be great if they would work together. Otherwise the workouts are very quiet.

    Unfortunately, this “Coach” is a robot. Really doesn’t provide much help unless you have absolutely zero idea on how to do anything for your health. If you’re at that level, let me save you the subscription fee: set your alarm and wake up early, eat breakfast, get in a workout. Set those reminders in your phone and follow that routine for a month, and then add in another step. Spend the month refining your initial habits with a google/YouTube search “Bodyweight workouts for beginners” “what’s the best breakfast for a productive morning”. Then do a google search for the most effective habits of successful men and slowly implement them into your life, one habit per month, and you’re going to be a rockstar. The trouble with the Coach being a robot is that it can only respond out of the predetermined algorithm that the programmers have given it, whereas someone who is at the point of needing a coach is usually in need of specific help, it cannot be pulled from a list of responses.     I read the coach app everyday. I don’t always use the daily plan for diet and exercise, but I read the news feed articles religiously. There is always something interesting in there every day. I’ve picked up some great suggestions for books, food, movies, podcasts, and more. I love the quotes as well. I’m always very interested in self improvement, and the coach app is a great tool to use if you want to get updated or reminded about self improvement.

    I finally got it why I can’t change with workouts only, thanks Coach. I needed to take everything into account! Now it’s all in my daily plan and The Coach always reminds me to follow it and even offers extra tips & info on how to improve my result. Love it!

    I’m underweight and very lean, I want to gain not only muscle but also weight in general, which I assume would include to carbo load in order to gain mass. I was looking for something that could combine that diet for me along with a workout and fitness routine that would help me gain mass, both lean muscle and a little fat maybe even. It seems as if this only caters to those looking to lose weight.
