SymMon helps Duke University to help students, faculty and staff stay safe and healthy as we return to Duke. The app can be used to simplify the required daily symptom monitoring reports and provides information to the Duke Community. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition * SymMon requires a browser be installed on your device for authentication.

    Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Blank screen after tapping report symptoms. I use the reminder email to log symptoms 50% of the time.

    So much better than the online redcap survey system they had employees using this summer. Wording has also been improved, so less work should be missed for experiencing infrequent but normal symptoms (e.g. caffeine headaches, brief exercise asthma, etc.)
