    I had ordered a phone on a Sunday and was supposed to be here Thursday from UPS u asked it to be sent back to the shipper because the address is unknown I work at a ups a drop-off center I get packages from ups every month without a problem i called to find out what the problem and cancel the phone now I have to wait another 3 days for it to get her after u guys get it then I have to send it back I have nothing but problems the last couple years I will no longer continue with straight talk
