    I have used this app multiple times and was a fan...until I wasn't. They offer cheaper parking in big cities, but when the lots that they partner with damage your vehicle and ignore all contact to correct the matter; spothero is not responsible. They claimed they were going to get to the bottom of it, and haven't replied since. It has been 6wks of trying to contact the site manager and the app's customer service with no resolution or assistance. Will never use this option again.
