The primary reason I use the app is to book future spots in classes and to check in. I assume this is what the majority of people use the app for since it’s the only action you can do on the app. What would be SUPER helpful is if y’all connected the calendar on my phone to the app itself. I would gladly give you permission to my iPhone calendar if the classes I book in advance and the gym where the class is scheduled for (since I go to several BSC locations) could be auto-imported to my iPhone calendar, because I use THAT to schedule my life. I’m currently manually updating my personal iPhone calendar with classes I book but it leaves space for me to get something wrong- like the location - and then I end up at the wrong gym!

Whew, what a crappy, useless app! Great, I can see class times and location. It’s 2019, there’s no reason why users shouldn’t be able to import reservations directly into their phone calendars. Your competitors(Equinox for example) have incorporated this into their app and it is seamless and convenient for users. If someone reserves five classes per week, they then have to manually add each class into the calendar?? That’s ridiculous, and the app should make things easier for people. There should also be some type of description when you select a class. A simple sentence to describe what the class entails would be very helpful (again, the Equinox app has this feature). Also, navigating between tabs is very difficult. I was unable to go to my profile page and then switch back to my upcoming tab - I had to close the app and click on a different tab to do so. Last, the app is very slow. This thing needs some serious upgrades to make it sensible and actually easy for people to use. It shou...

This is useful, I use it almost every day, but I have some suggestions. First, it used to let you select all of one borough/area at once, but now you have to go inside and click all of them one by one. It would be useful if one could select all of them, then deselect what isn’t wanted. Secondly, can we please have more than 5 preferred clubs? Like 10? This would be really helpful. Third, I wish we could favorite certain teachers as well, as a group, but also so that I can remember their name. One last suggestion, far less important, but maybe one could vary the radius (even if it was just like two different levels, like close and closest), or, if it was ever possible to program, to search by travel time instead of mile radius, although I assume that would be much more complicated. This is coming from someone who doesn’t even live in Manhattan anymore, nor much near either downtown, south, or Greenpoint locations, so I travel to Manhattan to attend classes, or and looking near wh...
