    The level of difficulty with using the app is low. As far as reaching anyone through the app with questions or concerns, this app is useless. I've been trying to redeem cash back rewards for a month now. The first and only answer I've received (days late) about the issue- "developer is working on it". I've inquired since and haven't even been dignified with a response. What makes it more frustrating is the only way to really utilize this bank is through the app.

    Horrible!! I thought I was safe downloading and using this app, as it's in the playstore. However, I sent in all my PERSONAL information and the app has been stuck on the "verifying your identity" page for 2 weeks when it was only supposed to take up to 3 days. Now, I'm ridiculously stressed out after reading reviews online. DONT USE THEM. And, Google play, please flag them or something!!!
