Description

Add carnival packs, buy carnival tickets, add value, and view history. The Rodeo Carnival App enables you to add carnival packs, purchase carnival tickets, recharge tickets, check value of your tickets, and view your history. You can share carnival tickets and transfer carnival coupons to family and friends. You can do all of this without ever standing in line. You can also register tickets purchased at a ticket box or kiosk. Once you have added a carnival pack or purchased tickets you will use your phone to access rides and games.

This was a nice update from the paper carnival packs and made it easy to purchase additional tickets (once payment info was entered). I bought more tickets while we were standing in line for a ride. The one thing I wish is that instead of only showing history of use, that it would show me how many tickets REMAIN so we can quickly see how many we have available.

Good idea to make the tickets electronic. People are more likely to not lose their phone as apposed to the paper packs. Unfortunately, refund system does not seem to work correctly. I have plenty of tickets left, in fact I have all of them remaining as the carnival for shut down as we were in line for our first ride. Anyway, all tickets remain, but both refund options are showing zero tickets. From what I’ve found online, this is not happening to a lot of people, but I’m not the only one it’s happening too. Update: I have verified my tickets are half price carnival pack and the refund part of the app is still not seeing that the account has tickets available for refund. Thanks.

With multiple packs and usage, could you find a way to take out the used portions so that they do not remain in the active screen? This makes it more efficient when trying to use what you still have. Also, is there a way to categorize it so you have carnival tickets section, food section, games section? Again, the scrolling through for what you need is not very efficient. The other thing that wasn’t working that well was the scanning at the games and rides. Some operators had a hard time scanning, while others did fine. Thanks for asking and considering our feedback. I do like the app much more than the paper packs. Thanks, Hong Tran

A bit confusing at first as there are no “directions” You must go to your account and enter a credit card before being able to purchase tickets. Once that is done and you can purchase it’s smooth sailing. I do wish you could add multiple emails / phone numbers to be able to log into one account if the entire family is using it. This way everyone could be linked to one account and would make for an even easier experience. Overall a great app, worth getting and makes rodeo safer and much easier to navigate.
