    I’ve used this service for over a year and while it’s not perfect it has been particularly great when I’m at work very late. However since the update I have been locked out - when I’m logging in I get looped right back to the log in page after my second device verification. I’m hoping for a fix soon!

    It does not allow me to request rides ahead of time or choose locations within parameters that are not on the list. The schedule ahead feature is also not user friendly.

    More often than not, my ride requests get denied because of some restriction that is not made clear by the app. Not good for when I’m out alone and need to get home safely. Septa may cost money but at least I know that it’s more reliable than this.
