    Another update: Support contacted immediately and helped me resolve the issue Update: the app is no longer launching on my Android S10. Worked perfectly initially so I'm not sure what's going on now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't fix the problem. Works fine on my iPad but that defeats the purpose of having the convenience of having access at all times on my cell. Any feedback from support would be helpful. Easy to use, not buggy. Must have if you're a patient with One Medical.

    Messages won't open. Can't read or send messages through the app because it never opens now. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app & it's the same problem.
