    In short, this app doesn’t work well at all. It’s buggy, Consistently down, and you will need to delete it/redownload it just to use it. I think NV energy purposefully makes the app hard to use so they can charge more fees down the line. That or they’re just too cheap to hire quality app technicians to make a decent app.
