    Loved the app and plan. The 30 day slim down was informative, it worked great, was easy to follow. And of course, as always, Nancy and team are super nice and helpful. You won't regret this!

    I really liked the app. I just completed the 30 day slim down and would definitely recommend it, i lost 11 lbs and 3inches on my waist. The app was easy to use everything for the slim down was easy to access, it was broken down by week which made what info I needed easy to find. Grocery lists and meals are already planned out which made it so easy for me as a stay at home mom of 3. I have already had friends asking for the app info so they can try it out too.

    Just completed the 30 Day Slim Down. I lost 14lbs and over 6in. I'm sleeping better, have more energy, and less inflammation/bloat. The recipes are very flavorful & filling! As a nursing mom, it was important that my milk supply wasn't affected negatively. I never saw a dip in supply. Plus, I know since I'm eating more nutrient dense food, my milk has to be more nutritious, which makes me feel good in so many ways. I appreciated the modifications for nursing moms as well as men's portions.
