    Has been dodgy from day one but recently I can't close the app or lock my phone overnight or I won't hear my little one. If the app isn't on the screen then the sound turns off, which is completely useless considering that is one of the main features of it. From looking at the other reviews I must have had a good connection previously as people have been having this issue since 2019 and no repair still. Please fix this asap so this app can do something it is meant to.

    Picked up 825L brand new in a box from a lady who never used it. Didnt know it was from 2014. Tried to connect it to the app and it won't connect. App is a fail. Fix the app. I can see the camera and connect to its wifi network but the app doesn't find it

    Never be able yo conect with the app. Try at least 1hr 45min trying several times with no luck. AND cameras are going to EOS un dec 2022.
