    The free content is magnificent. The paid content unlocks more specific topic areas so you can focus your affirmations. For me, it’s these focused topic areas that are worth the money. The extra sounds, themes and fonts are nice but the free ones are enough. And it’s great to be able to share them. I would like to be able to set multiple reminders each day (as their guide suggests) so I can reinforce the same affirmation throughout the day. At the moment, when you load the app you get a new affirmation. If you favourite the affirmation you can refer back to it, but automating this would be amazing.

    This app has helped so much with my self confidence, anxiety and depression. A daily reminder that everything is ok, and I am ok. It is slowly helping me realise that things aren’t as bad as they seem. A little boost of happiness every day, and it just grounds me and brings me back to reality. It is by far one of my favourite apps. I never leave reviews for anything but I came here especially to write this one. I am so grateful to the creator. I never thought an application could change my life. Thank you.
