    This is coming from a coach potato, movie bingeing, exercise lazy, woman. I decided to try the app because it was free ( I have already membershipped two exercise apps that I am not using). I also liked that you can choose your “need work” areas and the app sets up your 30-day regime. It allows you to actually see your entire 30-day set up. Yes, I am feeling the burn. It gives you a double dose of four exercises x 2 for 1 minute each. I do recommend giving it try - it’s free so if you don’t like it uninstall it.
