As an employee it makes finding other people to cover shifts impossible, as well as doing any sort of scheduling. There is 0 access for each employee to see a full complete schedule that isn't just a list. You can’t see other peoples availability making it a waste of time to try to find anyone to cover your shift. There isn't a messaging aspect to the app which makes it a struggle to contact each person you think might need to cover my shift.

There is no reason this app shouldn’t work in the comfort of my own home let alone the place I work. Yet you can never get an assured connection and the information takes far longer than it should to download. Not to mention the notifications kill you if you have coworkers who like to offer their shift for anyone to grab(I turned them off) I wish this app had so many of easy to do quality of life updates or even the fixes we beg for, but it just seems like it won’t happen. I liked the app “When I Work” so much better. It allowed for easy communication between coworkers and the information was fast and reliable. The main reason people get this app is so they don’t have to log on their computer and can check it at their best convenience yet it fails to do that at its most basic level. Don’t be sorry that this app isn’t as good as it could be, but be better. Fix it!

The idea behind jolt is great but the execution is shoddy at best. In theory it would make a business more efficient and organized but ironically the bugs slow you down more than anything and it’s a downright nuisance. The printer system when working is great but the printer has to be reset every couple of days and sometimes that won’t even work. Photos on check sheets won’t upload if you’re using an iPhone and the program freezes regularly to where you have to force close out the app, reopen, log in again only to have the same glitch happen again. Thanks jolt for slowing me down and making my work day more frustrating and preventing me from being an efficient employee

Use this for work and just got a new phone, won’t let me log in to see my schedule. It has a pop up tab that confirms whether or not I allow notifications after I “attempt” to sign in, which means I have the correct info to sign in, but the app still hasn’t logged me in to use it’s features, and the log in screen doesn’t go away even after multiple correct attempts of signing in—it just has a pop up tab with a blue bar (only appears on the screen for 2 seconds) that keeps saying it’s logging me in, and I am still not logged in to be able to use the app. Fix please!!!

I used to use this app often to check my schedule and also request time off. It was buggy but i dealt with it. The app suddenly logged me out and will not let me log in again. Even with the right log in info, it says “logging in” with a blue bar for 2 seconds and then just stays on the log in screen!
