Just acquired the app. Started using it for walking- 3 minutes fast walking, followed by 3 minutes slower/ resting walking, in several repetitions. Works beautifully, and really keeps you “at it”. I plan to go out for several 4+ mile walks per week from home, and I anticipate big fitness benefits (as suggested by studies published in the literature). Also, I will be using this app in home aerobic and strengthening exercises/workouts. Bring it on!

All I wanted was to find an app that could keep track and time the different sets, reps, cool-downs on my watch and this one does it well! Other apps like this are overly complex and bloated - this is simple. I would say it would be cool to be able to have a timer that times you… so say I want to do 15 pull-ups I currently have to set a longer than it takes timer and then skip it when finished. Instead I want it to time me, and then I can say when I’m finished and it’ll go to the next bit. Other than that it’s fab! We’ll worth the money for the lifetime purchase.

The timers in the app are good, but there are a few things not working, like notifications settings, I could turn it in on when I got the app but I can not change again. If I want to remove a timer of my list, it’s practically impossible, and I don’t like that I just can chose up to 8 min for the warm up. Overall is a good timer but it needs improvements in user experience.
