    I have been using Hushmail for nearly 12 years, I have had great time, confidence and felt absolute safe. Until recently, a group of people with specific reasons have hunted my e-mail account passphrase, but, since it was in the (hands) of Hushmail my peace of mind prevailed, unfortunately, 2 months ago it looks something went wrong somewhere, this is the time when my trust to Hushmail system got to the peak, an attempt to hack my passphrase has led my account to become inactive. I can’t log in, the system doesn’t recognize my passphrase anymore, it simply looks like I have lost or forgot it, but not, I have been using it regularly, the mistake was to download the app and use it to access my account, I became vulnerable. Otherwise, can the Hushmail team convince me that your app is safe ? I did not forget or lost my passphrase ! An attempt to hack it have locked an access to my account. Is it true that there is nothing can be done except to open new ID ?

    First, Version 1.4 would not send any mail. For the iOS app on iPhone, I had to completely delete and then reinstall the Hushmail app in order to send mail. Now it does not load all new email in the Inbox and does not load all sent mail in either of the 2 Sent folders. The only reason I know about the missing messages is that I can see all of them in the Apple Mail folder for Hushmail. They are not in Junk and I have not blocked any of the senders. Some are to or from my main address and others are to or from one or more alias addresses. Why aren't all of them in the Hushmail app's Inbox and Sent folders? The iPadOS app on iPad had pre-existing problems with Compose, Reply, and Forward when I use an external keyboard that remain uncorrected. I deleted and reinstalled the app but I still cannot compose, reply, or forward let alone send anything unless I turn off the external keyboard. These limitations should be mentioned somewhere in the app's update description.

    I’ve been using Hushmail for a couple of years and I really enjoyed having the convenience of using the app while on the go. I also enjoyed being able to have more than one account linked on Hushmail due to having a contractor email as well as my own personal business one. However, lately I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall continuous the mobile app because my reply emails remain either in the Draft or Outbox mailboxes and I’ve used both Wifi and Cellular data but to no avail I’ve had to instead reply to emails from my laptop which cancels out the purpose of using the app for the convenience. If Hushmail could work on this issue my rating will go from 1-5 stars. Otherwise the customer service has been wonderful on occasions when I had to use it due to browser issues.
