    AWFUL IMPLEMENTATION! My old gotoassist administrator app stopped working and told me to update. Couldn't find an update anywhere. Googled and found "go to resolve". Tried the Agent app and all it shows me is Settings. No app at all. Can't find my computers. Can't help any of my users. This is the worst product transformation/rollout in history.
