I have found the information in my report very informative and has confirmed many things for me. I love how the research studies done for some gene types are included for reading to really show the necessity of required dietary needs. These studies and results have really helped confirm a condition I’ve known or thought I’ve had and the best diet to treat this condition. I find this really helpful. The new custom vitamins make sense and can’t wait to receive and with these and diet can’t wait to see how I feel. I am almost half Native American and a splash of Spanish on my fathers side. I wish there was a way to find some genotypes related to this side of my heritage. I know the alcohol slow metabolism is a known trait but would like to see what other traits are also related to that side of gene pool.

Thank you for creating this. This is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for. It would be awesome if in the future you all could incorporate a nutrient tracker & calculator somehow. I’ll just be using another app for that now. Im grateful to know exactly what my body will benefit from and the fact that you’ve obtained your info from NIH studies that I can look up on my own. Asking for a calculator/tracker may be asking a bit too much but just thought I’d suggest it. I’m so happy to have this information. I appreciate you! ^_^ <3

I have received my report it made me download the app on my phone instead of letting me just go to my computer I did finally figure out how to put it on my computer. It does not give you a way to track your food or give you examples of what a gram of some thing is. And when you go to login it keeps asking you to buy another report. I already have a report. It does not really seem to be too useful as of yet. Maybe I am missing some thing but I have asked questions and the little but has no answers that work. Says you are being sent to customer service and then it tells you it’ll be 1 to 2 business days before they get back to you. Whatever. And also I am pretty sure this report does not necessarily fit me. Because I do have a lot of food allergies and this says that I shouldn’t.And there are many people in my family that have the same food allergies. So if it is genetically based it is way off.

The results I received can just as easily be found on government nutrition sites and searching some of the trendiest foods. I had civil exchanges with customer support, but all communication stopped when I said I had followed a similar macros diet... and gained weight. I also mentioned that some of their “best foods” in certain categories were foods I’m allergic to, or cause other negative reactions. I did not ask for a refund as they did deliver a plan, I just think the plan is random and/or arbitrary. Update: As you can see above I mentioned customer support stopped communicating. In the “Developer Response” I got it says, “Please email us at...”. Well, I did address that. So I’d give little credence to the response.

I was excited to get my report so that I could tailor my diet accordingly but found it essentially useless. It notes that I’m lactose intolerant and should only get 10% of my daily carbs from sugar but recommended my top dairy choice as whole fat chocolate milk!? And 4 of my top 10 veggies are peppers - how is that helpful to me? I’m also extremely sensitive to carbs, but they suggest 60% of my diet should be carbs. It’s very apparent that while this information might be interesting to some people, it’s fairly worthless in terms of real life application since my genetics apparently have little bearing on food sensitivities, allergies, etc. But I do see they’re happy to try and sell me a “personalized” supplement. What a scam.
