    FreedomPop use to be 5 stars but with the new changes it has to be a 2 star rating (sorry) FreedomPop what’s going on? had my FreedomPop number for a few years came in handy when you don’t want to give people your main number! it was good to have I didn’t even get notified plans / price plans where changing FreedomPop could of atleast let users keep the number and still be able to receive incoming calls and texts but no FreedomPop choose to completely deactivate the number #bringbasicback ! Even if it’s a lower amount then before on the basic 200 plan ! Just bring it back !

    I downloaded this a while ago but never used it for some reason. My phones been cut off due to not paying the bill and I needed to make a call some how, I remembered this app so got it again and easily made a FREE call to a land-line phone number. Connection wasn't that great but I'm putting that down to a bad wifi signal. Literally call and text mobile and landline numbers for absolutely free from your iOS device if you got an internet signal. I'm amazed!

    You have already signed up to a 12 month deal That’s why you’re getting the app. I was with them for three years and it isn’t cheap you have to upgrade to the premium service because the standard is just sucky, constantly cutting out during calls. So you upgrade at double the price for the same service. Good luck. customer service? Dream on.

    Used this app for three years then given a few days notice to switch to a paid plan or lose everything. Lost account and number as had no time to do anything not even port out number. Some have likened this to the illegal practice known as "BAIT AND SWITCH". Where you are tempted in with free plan and then when dependent, in this case your phone number, the company attempt to force you to pay or lose everything and its consequent disruption. Freedompop UK make the excuse that this app is not being supported and new subscribers cannot sign up. But the app was only updated in July 2020. Give Freedompop UK a miss.

    Why is this on the UK App Store anymore. It’s stopped working for SMS texts and stopped being supported in the UK about a year ago. I had two mobile numbers with them and texting between them only worked to send. Replying back to a text always fails, without telling you that it failed. And their support guru’s said they were not going to fix it, and recommended 3. 3 bought this so pant apparently, and now don’t support it or setup it to work properly… so eventually you will decide to pay something higher on their network. Con job, in my view. Apple should remove it from the UK App Store.
