The boost product doesn't connect to my Navy Federal Credit Union acct. I've tried contacting Experian about it, but they make it next to impossible to contact them. My bank says the issue is on Experian's end. I just wanted a small boost to have a better shot at first-time home ownership. What a joke. Thanks a lot for the useless product. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise, because nothing is free. They're def. getting something out of looking at every transaction on your bank acct
