The mobile Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA+) app includes 2-3 minute automated/scheduled queries and motivational reminders to patients/family members via mobile app to: - let the health care team know real-time/in the moment symptom reporting - know what actions they have taken - motivate them prompting to specific adaptive behaviors and self-correcting - track and report their progress in real-time to their health providers - recommend therapeutic options - provide an accurate understanding of the patient’s situation, over days or weeks, resulting in tailored treatment plans and better outcomes - gain more accurate data-based understanding of the patient’s situation and make adjustments as needed.
