    I’ve been through PF physio and know how to do my exercises. But keeping on track and doing them regularly is a challenge. This app helps me with this. Its easy to adjust the timer for exercise length and intensity, reminders are handy. Thumbs up!

    It is a useful app! I like it - you can decide how many repetitions you want to do per session. The only downside is that you can’t set three reminders per day for free. The other option is to do longer sessions so you achieve your daily goal at once.

    Nutze derzeit mehrere Kegel-Timer zum Testen.Diese ist schick und übersichlich. Kritikpunkte aus meiner Sicht: Farbgestaltung der App ist mehr für weibliche Nutzer. Sehr gut dagegen: man kann die Pausenzeit zwischen dem Muskelanspannen einstellen, diese sollte nämlich gleich lang oder länger als die Kontraktion sein vor allem bei langen Sessions. Gut umgesetzt auch der überdimensionale zu- und abnehmende Ladebalken, damit kann man bei mehrsekündigem Anspannen die Kontraktion ebenfalls varieren, was der Muskelkontrolle zugute kommt.
