    This app has always worked just fine for me until recently, now when I login the balance hasn't changed even though I know for a fact that the money is there because I called customer service.. I don't know what the issues are but they need to be fixed now.

    The app won't update the amount sometimes like if I had $130 spent any amount of money go back to app to check how much I have left and it will still say $130 when I know there isn't or ill call the phone number on back of card and it tells my the correct amount because the app won't update as transactions happen this is a recent issue I started to notice
