We use this app for our child care center. It is a wonderful way to keep in contact with the child(ren's) parents as well as the teachers in the center. Being able to post videos/pix and send notes to parents is super easy.

The app is only reliable about 15% of the time. It constantly crashes, it takes forever to load, it rarely ever updates the classroom status, kids will randomly disappear and then pop up in other class rosters, you can't preview videos before you send them, the message interface is so absurdly stupid- It is constantly sending off accidental half written messages. It's just awful. I curse whoever in my company decided to trap us in the living hell of having to use this godforsaken app every day.

This app works sometimes other times its freezing in the middle of inputting information. There is no way to tell which parent is messaging you until you go in the app directly. It also doesn't have a feature to message all parents at one time unless you put it in as a note.
