    Ich nutze die App bereits seit Jahren und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Was mir persönlich aber noch fehlt, sind zb mehr Übungen am Seilzug oder allgemein mehr neue Übungen.

    Ich fands besser als man bei Trainingsplänen die Anzahl der Tage pro Woche angeben konnte und nicht explizite Wochentage. Manchmal hat man halt am bestimmten Tagen dann doch keine Zeit, und muss dann umständlich die Tage überspringen. Alles super jetzt. App nur zu empfehlen!
