    This is WORST service I have ever seen. They got rid of Connectech who would answer the phone and fix your problem within minutes and replaced it with a service where you schedule a call back two or three days out! What if you need help NOW! Forget it. I just need help setting up their backuyp service which should be a level one support issue. They have made it so difficult to set up that yoiu need tech support to set up a simple Backup. ATT management really blew this one. They needed to phase out Connectech and phase in Tech360 not just do a hard stop. Anyone who has spent more than a month in business should know that, but then again this is ATT. They have never been good at implememtation. Meanwhile you should avoid this service! Look at all the one star reviews. This service is on the way out unless they take immediate action.
