    Takes days to backup sometimes. on wifi or 5g. Also not all of the items from albums get backed up. Not helpful if phone is lost, too many things never go through. UPDATE 4 months later and still no improvement,its even been worse.. It just took 3 weeks for my images to backup, despite multiple reboots and no replies from customer care. Might as well discontinue using it, just not reliable and who knows why and where my pictures are being misrouted.

    Why was this stopped in July as well. What is wrong? First complete now this. Now where to save over 2,000 photos. Any suggestions here.
