    I didn't get a notification when maintenance entered my apartment even though that setting was turned on. Otherwise it's a nice app.

    BEWARE!!! Smartrent (also owns Alloy) premium smart home devices are dramatically falling short of customer's expectations in reliability and general human safety. In many cases, even starting FIRES in people's homes!!! Now that is truly a HOT new tech startup!
