    AR keeps my practice compliant and secure. It’s easy to use and they are constantly taking our feedback and implementing new features. Sometimes it takes a day to get used to the new feature but I still enjoy it!

    Frustrated. Fed up. Annoyed with these never ending updates that interrupt mid charting then losing what I was working on. Multiple occasions of app being down. I was hoping switching to this intuitive EMR would streamline things on the provider end but I find my classic paper charting much faster. That’s long gone though. So many steps required to complete the chart and a treatment record before sending to check out. While I appreciate the intent behind all the required steps to cover all bases it’s taking longer to complete. Providers room needs work. Needs streamlining badly. Select multiple option needed because it’s so backlogged at this point with the current setup. My staff has had notes and appointment records even accounts suddenly disappear from the system never to be seen again and no one can figure out how or why. That was the main drive of wanting to switch to emr was struggle of finding paper charts. It’s been nearly 2 years of AR at this point and I can’t say I’m too hap...

    The idea behind the software is great. Pretty user friendly, but the card reader is a nightmare!! It won’t connect right and they keep giving me directions for “reconfiguration” which consists of factory resetting the card reader as well as deleting the app and then downloading it again. Have had to do this multiple times and still not resolved. Not to mention that you are charged extra for manual card entries vs swiping the card. It also likes to update at random inconvenient times and will not let you proceed until updated so I have had to make patients wait for it to finish updating before being able to check out especially since you cannot connect the card reader to a desktop. Please fix or stop charging so much for manual card entry purchases. We shouldn’t have to pay extra when the system is at fault...

    A.R. Has some great features like actual patient photos but every time we have an update, which is frequently, we loose data or the system is down (error codes and unable to access patient charts) for a period of 1-15 min. I’m too busy to have such downtimes. Also super frustration that there is no one to speak with for technical issues. You have to use live chat which is VERY slow in resolving issues, usually it’s a reply that they will forward concerns or problems to their “technical team”....I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding unsolved issues. App needs some work. If I wasn’t so invested in labor in-putting patient info and inventory I would look into other programs.
