Ace Parking's convenient parking app will help you find the best parking options in your town. Search for parking or let the app decide where the closest Ace Parking location is nearest to you. Each lot has a description of payment options and the type of parking offered. Other features of the app include: • Mark your car/Find your car • Indicate lots as favorites • Pay for parking (select locations) • View real time availability through red (full), yellow (filling up), green (plenty of space) color coding (select locations) For locations that accept payment through the app, enter your vehicle and payment information one time and easily pay for parking with just a couple of taps each time you visit. More robust features coming soon such as monthly parking, parking reservations and special offers!

    Supposedly you can pay by text, but when I click on the link and enter my payment details I’m unable to pay. So then I’m forced to download an app for a parking transaction that I don’t think I will repeat ever again. And of course the app seems like it was designed without any customer feedback at all: for some reason I have to add parking to a shopping cart in order to check out (I need a cart because apparently I plan to pay for parking for TWO cars at the same time?!?). And then of course I need to REGISTER my car AND my card, and select both the card and the car in order to checkout. And to add insult to injury the auto fill doesn’t work for some reason so I have to manually enter my credit card number. All in all I spent close to 5 minutes trying to accomplish something that would have taken 30 seconds at a normal meter. This was probably some overpaid exec’s idea of “digital transformation” gone horribly, horribly wrong.

    I purchased earlier today a Parking Voucher which states on the Voucher good from 12:00am to 12:00am Friday, July 26, 2019. Finally located the Underground Parking Ramp entrance after asking multiple people at the location since there was absolutely NO signage. Unfortunately, the Screen Gate was down and apparently closed when we tried to access at 4pm this afternoon. Subsequently after talking to 2 very pleasant ACE employees, we were told that the Parking doesn’t open until 5pm! So very confused and uncertain why the website and the Parking Voucher that I purchased and printed clearly indicates it’s valid for a 24 hour period! Apparently this is incorrect, and misleading, and also the Contract Limits of Ace Liability states “No refunds for permits issued after purchase”. I and the other 3 people in my vehicle were greatly inconvenience as we waited around in excess of an hour to park our car, and were able to leave it for just a few hours - like 3 hours, vs. the 24 hours the Co...

    I use many other pay to park applications. Some of those are quirky but manageable. This one was literally unusable. Tried to add a new vehicle. Nothing gets added. Tried again nothing. Tried again yet nothing. Then 3 copies of the same vehicle appear. The app failed to show that there was a lag and didn’t show any “info saved” message. So you think there is an error but not. Then you have 3 vehicles with the exact info (heard of duplicate validation anyone?). Then I tried to pay. Though the garage claimed it used the app the map view didn’t show the garage I was parked in and there was no way to enter the garage number manually. Ended up deleting the app and paying in the machine in the lobby. Who knows if I had waited 15 minutes maybe the garage would have appeared? Save your time. Avoid this application.

    The latest updates were the worst. None of my information was saved so I had to re-enter everything. The map wouldn’t even load properly so that I could find my preferred parking garage, which despite having listed it as a favorite before would never show up under my favorites (it’s the only parking garage I use). With the latest format it is so not user friendly and the wording is off (Arrivals? Departures? This isn’t an airline) also making it unnecessarily unclear and complicated for a basic app. What was this update supposed to improve? Having updates for the sake of having updates is a horrible waste of time. I would revisit the KISS method.

    I like the idea of this but it's SUPER confusing. Problem is you don't have much of a choice if the parking kiosk is down.I really have no idea if I paid for what I need to. When you try to pay per hour it just shows you "0 hours" or the all day option. What if I go over an hour? Does it charge me again automatically? How do I know when my hour is up? How can I be confident that I won't get a ticket? And why does the app not list the lot # that is shown on the lot sign? Honestly, the whole thing just stresses me out but like I said, you don't have much choice so you have to deal and hope they improve it.
