    エクササイズ自体は徐々に難しくなっていき効果を感じる。 ただ20日を過ぎた辺りからアナウンスの声がたまに男性のような声に変わりとても怖い。 ポイントが溜まっていくけど何に交換するのか不明だし交換するメリットも分からない。 プラスマイナス相殺で☆3にした。
