    I get so depressed when I see notifications from AARP you guys are putting us in the grave with 50 plus years old and some of the things that you guys say got me all twisted up in my mind I'm thinking I'm going to die from everything. you guys are always saying eat this or this will happen no don't eat that because this will happen. or dementia's going to come if you eat this this is going to happen to you if you do that all you ever do is point out what's going to happen to us when we 50+ SMH;
