The best class I have ever been , builds your core strength , physical strength, understanding the body strength, excellent communication skills of the coaches .okay important this will strengthen your heart, mind and help your inner peace and mental challenges we face in our day to day life . I love solidcore, I love the coaches. It’s the best workout out there. The only reason they I don’t give 5 stars is because for the price you pay, your classes bought should not expire. I’ve had to travel for work and have not been able to get to class and my classes have expired. Going forward I will buy them individually even though it’s 40 bucks a pop.
